Important Message Regarding Coronavirus

At Premise Health, our number one priority is you. During these extraordinary times, we are taking every precaution to ensure the health and safety of you and your family. Before you schedule an appointment, please know: 


We are screening all members prior to and upon entry to the wellness center. 
We are spacing out in-person visits to avoid traffic in the waiting room and to allow time for proper cleaning/disinfection between members. 
We are limiting companions except when absolutely necessary
The CDC guidance allowing fully vaccinated individuals to be mask-free does not apply to healthcare settings. If you do not have a mask today, one will be provided to you upon entering the center. 


If you are ill with a fever and cough, please call your provider before going to any healthcare facility. People with COVID-19 (the disease caused by the coronavirus) should self-isolate at home during their illness.
